All original branding, graphics, custom game code, and puzzle designs on ZokoPlay are the property of ZokoPlay. Game mechanics inspired by popular word and number puzzle genres (such as Wordle, Connections, Crosswords, Waffle, Contexto, and Sudoku) are played under fair use principles.
3. Permitted Use & Gameplay Rules
ZokoPlay provides games for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You agree not to attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, exploit, or disrupt the operation of ZokoPlay servers or client-side game logic.
4. Limitation of Liability
ZokoPlay is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. ZokoPlay shall not be held liable for any data loss occurring in local browser storage or temporary service outages.
